Brian Gaddis grew up in Michigan City, IN and still resides nearby in New Carlisle, IN. He was born into the construction trade, working hard beside his dad since the time he was able to pass him a hammer. Brian enjoyed the hard work that it took to get the projects done, but mostly he enjoyed showing off what they had created. It was rewarding back then, as it is now, to see the job through.

Brian began his career working for one of Northwest Indiana's largest construction companies at the young age of eighteen (18). After many long hours and a lot of hard work, he became a lead foreman. Nine years later, in 2010, he was given the opportunity to work with a local custom carpenter. Through this experience, Brian learned some very crucial tricks of the trade. "I really enjoyed working on exclusive, custom homes," says Brian.

Mr. Gaddis has always dreamt of owning his own construction company as he has always had a passion for the trade! His new journey started with a few friendly referrals that he couldn't pass up. Then, this past July, with the support of his wife and two little girls, he decided it was time to fulfill his dream. The focus was set, the business plans were laid, and Brian Gaddis Construction was born. Currently, Brian has been staying busy with roofing, siding, decking, and other small building projects. He still looks forward to continuing the pursuit of his lifelong dream. The irony of this is that through pursuing his dream of quality craftsmanship through his own business, he makes his customer's dreams a reality as well.
